Obituary of Warren, Stella Mary
The death occurred peacefully at the South Shore Villa, Crapaud on Saturday, April 18th , 2009 of Stella Mary Warren ( nee MacDonald ) , formerly of Summerside , aged 81 years. Stella was born on March 24th , 1928 in Grand River, P.E.I. to her late parents, John & Margaret ( nee Bulger ) MacDonald.
Beloved wife of the late Russell Warren & loving mother of Brenda ( Otis ) Perry of S'side, Gail Warren of S'side, Calvin ( Joanne ) of Leduc, Ab., Barb ( Dan ) of S'side , Glenda Boswell of On., Farren ( Darlene ) of S'side & Thane ( Linda ) of London, On. . Also lovingly remembered by her 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren & several nieces & nephews. Survived by her brothers Vernon MacDonald of S'side & Ed ( Reta ) MacDonald of Cardinal, On.
Besides her husband & her parents, Stella was predeceased by her brothers Austin , Herb , Byron & Jack MacDoanld & her sisters Lila Pineau & Eileen Typher.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Wednesday,April 22nd , then to St. Paul's Church, Summerside for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. . Interment to take place in the church cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations in Stella's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
