Obituary of Perry, Robert " Bob " Harold
The death occurred at his family cottage in Bayside, P.E.I. on Monday,June 7th, 2010 of Robert 'Bob' Harold Perry of Summerside, aged 66 years. Bob was born on August 16th , 1943 in Summerside, P.E.I. to his late parents Earl & Alvina ( nee Richard ) Perry. He achieved the honor of being a 4th Degree & Past Grand Knight of the Summerside Knights of Columbus, Council # 2070.
Beloved husband of Irma ( nee Arsenault ) Perry and loving father of Randy of Calgary, Ab. and Andrew of Terrace, B.C.. Survived by his sister Carol ( Gordon ) Goodwin of Amherst, N.S. and his brothers Walter ( Pam ) of Kensington and Ronald ( Carolyn ) of Central Bedeque. Also lovingly remembered by his mother-in-law Lena Arsenault of Summerside , along with numerous nieces, nephews and brothers & sisters-in-law.
Besides his parents, Bob was predeceased by his brothers Earl Jr., Gerald & Joe , his father-in-law Stanley Arsenault and his brother-in-law Verno Arsenault.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Friday, June 11th , then to St. Paul's Church, Summerside for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. . Interment to take place in the church cemetery. Visiting hours on Thursday, 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m.. Memorial donations in Bob's memory to St. Paul's Church Cemetery Fund or the Alzheimer Society of P.E.I. would be greatly appreciated.
Members of the W.E.Callaghan, Council # 2070, Knights of Columbus, Summerside will hold a prayer service at the funeral home on Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
