Obituary of Smith, Patricia Dawn

The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Sunday, September 5th , 2010 of Patricia Dawn Smith ( nee Matthews ) of Summerside and formerly of Meaford, Ontario, aged 62 years. Beloved mother of Kristi ( Greg ) Ferguson of Brampton , ON. and Martin Smith of Shilo, Manitoba. Also lovingly remembered by her granddaughter Alexis Ferguson. By family request, there will be no visiting hours or funeral service held on P.E.I. . Following cremation , interment will be held in Meaford, ON. . Memorial donations in Pat's memory to the Kidney Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
