Obituary of Clow, Ernest Joseph Claude

The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by his loving family at his late residence on Wednesday, September 29th , 2010 of Ernest Joseph Claude Clow of Slemon Park and formerly of Summerside, P.E.I.. Ernie was born in Summerside to his late parents Leonard & Margaret ( nee Gallant ) Clow. Beloved husband of Mary ( nee Power ) Clow and loving father of Darren ( Krista Blakeney ) of Slemon Park and Kelly Clow ( David Prest ) of Hazelbrook. Also lovingly remembered by his 2 grandchildren, Emma & Ethan Pierce and several nieces and nephews. Survived by the following brothers and sisters : Emily ( Bill ) Cahill of Summerside, Milford ( Una ) of Summerside, Bennett ( Marie ) of Winnipeg, Man., Raymond of ON. , Elaine Heckbert of ON., Alma Drouin of Edmonton, AB., and Kay ( Joe ) Szydlik of AB.. Besides his parents , Ernie was predeceased by his sisters Cecila Drapeau, Helen Walsh & Irene MacDonald and his brother Junior Clow. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Saturday, October 2nd , then to St. Paul's Church, Summerside for funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. . Interment to follow in the church cemetery. Visiting hours on Friday evening only , 6 - 9 p.m..
