The death occurred at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown on July 11, 2022 of Raymond James Armstrong, age 78 years, from Elmwood, PEI. Ray was born in Halifax to his late parents Norman & Mazie (nee Snair) Armstrong.

Beloved husband of Ida (nee Skerry) Armstrong and loving father of Sean Armstrong (Monica McKay) of Hunter River, PEI, and Doug Armstrong of BC. Survived by his brother, Bruce Armstrong of NS, as well as extended his family and close friends.

Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside, then to the Funeral Home Chapel for a funeral service on Monday July 18, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. Donations in Ray's memory can be made to QEH Foundation or St. Patrick's Cemetery Fund.
