Obituary of Murray, Leonard "Garth"

The death occurred peacefully at Prince County Hospital Summerside, P.E.I on Friday, February 11th, 2022 of Leonard "Garth" Murray of Albany, P.E.I., aged 80 years. Garth was born in Albany to the late Adrian and Helena (Monahan) Murray. Beloved husband of Heather (Dawson) Murray and loving father of Faustina (Daryle Arsenault) and Patrick (Courtney) Murray. Also lovingly remembered by his 3 grandchildren William, Madeline and Ben Arsenault. Survived by his brother Arde (Irma) Murray, brother in-law James Barkhouse and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sisters Marie (Edward "Ned") Dougay, Corona (Lloyd) Murphy, Nora Barkhouse, and brothers George Murray and Aeneas (Elsie) Murray. Resting at East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside, P.E.I. By personal request there will be no visiting hours or funeral service held.
