The death occurred peacefully at Prince County Hospital, Summerside, PE, with family by her side, on Tuesday, July 21st, 2026 of Myrtle Marjorie Harvey (nee Noye) of Borden-Carleton, PE and formerly of McNeill’s Mill Road, PE, aged 81 years.  Myrtle was born to her late parents Jim and Ruby Noye.  Beloved wife of Leonard Harvey and loving mother of Scott (Melanie), Sherry (John) Kingman and Michael (Lynn) Harvey.

Also lovingly remembered by grandchildren Krystal (Shane), Andrew (Carissa), Bec, Amanda (Aiden) Tanner (Charlotte), Parker (Clancy), Amber (Marcus), Quianna (Nicholas) and great-grandchildren Kaydin, Aletta, Flynn and Nolan.

Survived by her sisters Jean Burleigh, Kathleen Noye and Shirley Ellis and by sisters-in-law Daisy (Robert) Eisbreinner and Deborah Harvey.

Predeceased by numerous brothers, sisters and in-laws.

The family would like to extend their deepest thanks and gratitude to the amazing and caring staff on the Surgery floor at the Prince County Hospital, and all the nurses and doctors involved in Myrtle's exceptional care.  A special mention to Gaylene Albert, who was a huge support to their mom and the entire family during this difficult time.

If there’s one thing you can do today, in memory of Myrtle, is to hug your family, love them and to be kind for this was something Myrtle did each and everyday that was her greatest legacy.

Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside, PE until Monday, July 27th, 2026, for a visitation from 1:00pm-3:00pm with a funeral service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 3:00pm.  Interment to take place at a later date.
