The death occurred peacefully at Prince County Hospital on April 22nd, 2026, of Wade Gerard Oickle of Summerside, aged 61.

Beloved husband of the late Laura Oickle (nee Whynot), father of Candace Grant and grandfather to Dawson and Zoey Clattenburg.

Wade will be greatly missed by several close friends especially Stephen Arsenault, Lenard LeClaire (Josie Young), Matt & Marlene LeClaire, and Mitsy.

Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside.

By personal request no funeral service or visitation will take place.
