Cindy Lynn Gallant Obituary
Cindy Gallant passed away peacefully at Prince County Hospital, Palliative Care on April 19, 2026, with her daughters, family, and friends by her side.
Cindy fought cancer with incredible resilience and bravery. She will be remembered for her sharp sense of humor, her love of dancing, music, and the deep, enduring love she had for her family.
Cindy has now been reunited with her beloved son, Jacob Bernard, her parents, Jean Booker (Gallant) and Donald "Donnie" Gallant, and her grandmother, Annie "Wick" Gallant.
She is lovingly remembered by her daughters: Julia Faye Bernard, Amy Little, and Hayley Little, and her cherished grandchildren Savahanna, Tyson, Milo, Annabelle, Zoe, Jean, Blaze, Aria, Nash, Georgia, Dustin, Zackery and Tyler, 2 great grandchildren. Cindy is survived by her sister, Julie Gallant (PJ Palmer), and her brothers: Darrell, Ricky, and Randy Gallant. She joins her predeceased brothers, Harold and Ronnie Gallant.
Loved by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Her story lives on through her children and grandchildren.
She will continue to light up the skies with her vibrant smile, as she lit up a room when she walked in. Her brightness will last in the memories of her family forever, and continue to bring laughter and smiles.
The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff of the Prince County Hospital Palliative Care unit for their compassionate care and support during Cindy’s final days."
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home 245 Pope Rd., Summerside, PEI until Thursday, April 23rd, 2026 where a funeral service will held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 p.m. By personal request, there will be no visiting hours held.
