The death occurred peacefully at the Summerset Manor, Summerside, PEI., on Wednesday April 1st, 2026 of Joseph “Louis” Perry of Summerside, P.E.I., aged 63 years. Louis was born in Summerside to the late Edward and Marie (Poirier) Perry. Survived by his brother Wayne (Beth) Perry, stepbrothers and stepsisters Noreen (Leo) Pineau, Claude Gaudet, Gordon (Helen) Gaudet, Margaret Gaudet, special cousin Wilfred (Diane) Doucette and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his baby brother Raymond, stepmother Edna Gaudet-Perry and stepbrothers Kevin Gaudet and Nelson Gaudet.

Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Tuesday, April 7th, 2026 then to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside for a funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment to take place in the church cemetery at a later date. Donations in Louis memory can be made directly to St. Vincent du Paul, Summerside. By personal request, there will be no visiting hours held.
