The death occurred peacefully at Prince County Hospital on March 3, 2026 of Clifford Allen Murl of Summerside aged 66 years.  Clifford was born in Summerside to his late parents Percy and Edna Murl.

Beloved husband of the late Darlene (nee Rix) and loving father of Junior, Lorne, Charles (Danielle Stewart) and Daughter-in-law Holly Gallant.

Lovingly remembered by 6 grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Survived by the following brothers and sisters: Edith Gallant, Daisy Mugridge, Kenny (Theresa) Murl, and sister-in-law Maxine (Orin) Dumville.

Predeceased by his wife Darlene, his brother Howard and brother-in-law Edgar Gallant. 

Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Wednesday March, 11 where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 3:00 p.m.

Visiting hours will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.

Interment to take place at a later date in the Freetown United Cemetery.
