Surrounded by his loving family, Kevin’s death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, PEI on Sunday, February 15th, 2026.

Born in Alberton, PEI, on June 2nd, 1945, Kevin Warburton Murray was the son of the late Warburton and Vera (Barnett) Murray of Piusville, PEI. Beloved husband of Jean (Callaghan) Murray and loving father of Heather (Eric D’Souza), Janet (Jonathan Sharpe), and Jennifer. Precious Pa to his dear grandchildren, Claire and Ian Sharpe.

Predeceased by his sister Shirley Williams (George) and his brother Whitney Murray. 

Lovingly remembered by dear sister-in-law Faye Murray, the Callaghan family, and his many cherished nieces and nephews. 

Kevin’s love touched everyone he met. His kindness, caring nature, and devotion to family made home a place of warmth and learning. He will always be loved and never forgotten.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Kevin’s memory can be made directly to Knights of Columbus, Summerside, or  Saint-Vincent De Paul - Summerside

Kevin’s family would like to express their gratitude to all the wonderful doctors, nurses, and the many staff and volunteers at the Prince County Hospital Surgical Floor and Palliative Care Unit for their exceptional care and compassion.

By personal request, there will be no visitation. Due to illness in the family, a private funeral mass will be held.
