The death occurred peacefully with family by her side, at Prince County Hospital, Summerside, PE, the morning of Saturday January 31st, 2026 of Elizabeth “Liz” Anne Turner of Summerside, aged 66 years. Liz was born in Summerside to her late parents Ernest and Shirley (DesRoches) Arsenault. Beloved wife of Bob and loving mother of Chris and Becca (Shawn).
Also lovingly remembered by her grandson, Cohan, and many special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Survived by the following brothers and sisters: Judy, John (Pam), Paula (Barry), sister-in-law Donna, brothers-in-law Phil (Barb) and Tim.
Predeceased by her parents and brother Michael.
Resting at East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside, PE until Thursday, February 5th, 2026 , where a funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30am. Visiting hours on Wednesday, February 4th, 2026 from 7pm-9pm.
Liz had a truly kind heart and never hesitated to stand up for what was right, even when it meant standing alone. She was a devoted volunteer who cared deeply about her community. She found joy in life's simple pleasures and the little moments that mattered most. Though she is deeply missed, her memory will remain with us always, held close in our hearts.
