The Death occurred peacefully at Prince County Hospital on Thursday, Dec 25th, 2025, with his wife and son by his side of David A. Parker of Slemon Park, PEI.Born in Moncton, NB, on March 29th,1949, to his late parents, Sydney and Joan Parker (Steeves).
Survived by the love of his life for 55 years, his wife Carol (Doucette). Loving father to Doug (Pam) of Summerside, his grandson Brandon of Calgary, step grandchildren Shasta and Emma and his fur baby, Max.
Survived by his sister Charlotte Macleod (Darryll) Salisbury NB, sister-in-law Elaine Miousse, Saint Bruno, PQ, and Donna Yantha, Summerside, PEI.
Also lovingly remembered by nephews and nieces: Shawn, Troy, Faith, Christine, Michelle, Kimberly, Sharon, Jackie, Tracy and Cindy
Predeceased by his parents Sydney and Joan, his brothers Stewart and Stanley, nephew Bradley Parker, Claude and Judy Simpson, Gus and Donna Doucette and Tony Yantha.

David Served with the Canadian Military for 21 years from 1968 until 1989, being stationed from CFB Summerside (1968-77), CFB Borden 1977 to 1980, CFB, Shearwater 1980-85, CFB Chatham 1985 - 1986, CFB Bagotville PQ 1986-87 and Shearwater 1987 until 1989.
Upon his retirement he was the head mechanic at Crystal Palace in Dieppe NB until 1993 when he left to move to PEI. David also worked at PEI Farm Equipment and Andrews Tractors and Little Christos until his retirement.
David's family would like to thank the wonderful doctors and nurses for their care shown to David while at Prince County Hospital.
Donations in David’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
No funeral or visitation at his request.
