The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, PEI on Monday, December 15th, 2025 of Louise Wedge of Summerside, aged 98 years.  Louise was born in Summerside to the late Emmanuel and Eleanor (Arsenault) Wedge.

Survived by several nieces and nephews. 

Predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Edna (Julian) Gallant, Mary (Ted Perry /Julian Gallant), Bea King, Anna (George) Gallant, Dora (Hal) Purdy, Adelene (Vincent) Perry, Nellie (Pete) Gardiner, Joe (Connie) Wedge and several nieces and nephews.

Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Saturday, December 20th, 2025, then to St. Paul's Church for a funeral mass at 2:00 p.m.  Interment to take place in the church cemetery at a later date.  By personal request, there will be no visiting hours. Donations in Louise's memory can be made directly to the Prince County Hospital Foundation.
