The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by her family, at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, PEI, of Lynn Frellick of Summerside, aged 52 years.  Lynn was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, to her father, John and her late mother, Ellen (Crossman) Frellick.  Beloved wife of Ron Haslam and loving mother of Leigha Haslam, stepmother of Kenneth (Brittany), Clara and George (Melissa).

Also lovingly remembered by her step-grandchildren Cayden, Madeline, Brody, Morgan and Eric. 

Survived by the following brothers and sisters:  Peter (Tracy Wallace) Frellick, Susan (Gordon) Perry, and several nieces and nephews

Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside, until Monday, December 1st, 2025, where a funeral service will be held in the funeral chapel at 1:00 p.m.  By personal request, there will be no visiting hours.
