The death occurred peacefully with family by her side on Thursday October 9th, 2025 at Summerset Manor, Summerside of Dolores Juanita Nielsen of Summerside, and formerly of Toronto, Ontario, aged 94.

Born in Portage on August 7th, 1931, Dolores was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary (Matthews) Biggar.

Loving mother of Kim Nielsen (Mark) of Toronto, Ontario.

Lovingly remembered by nieces and nephews.

Dolores was predeceased by her parents, brothers Reginald and Everett, sisters Marjorie (Harold) Arsenault, Florence (Aubrey) Gallant, Vera (Edgar) Morrison, Edith (George) Morrison and Catherine.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside.

No visitation or funeral service by personal request.

A graveside service will be held at a later date.
