The death occurred suddenly at his late residence on Tuesday September 9th, 2025 of Claude Keith Cornish of North Tryon, PEI., aged 64 years. Claude was born in Toronto, Ontario to the late Claude Sr. and Margaret (McNally) Cornish.

Beloved husband of 43 years to Linda (Rogers) Cornish and loving father of Ashley (Troy) and Shone of Summerside and Scottie of North Tryon. Also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Janesta, Maddie and Oliver Cornish.

Survived by his brothers and sisters Velda, (Mickey) Sonier, Barb (Stanford) Paynter, Robert (Francie), Susan (Ron) Gallant, Harley (Tracey), sisters in-law Jean Richard, Lena Livingston, Dorothy Mayhew, brothers in-law Gordon, Donald and Frank Mayhew and numerous nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his granddaughter Justine DesRoches – Pierce and nephew Barrett Gallant.

Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Monday, September 15th, 2025 where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 p.m. Donations in Claude’s memory to the funeral expense fund would be greatly appreciated. By personal request, there will be no visiting hours held.
