The death occurred peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, PEI on Thursday September 4th, 2025, of Lowell Kenneth MacInnis of Summerside, aged 88 years. Lowell was born in St. Lawrence, PEI to the late Robert and Lois (Rix) MacInnis.
Beloved husband of Lillian (Callaghan) MacInnis and loving father to Nancy MacInnis, Arlene (Kenneth) Fraser and Bobby-deceased (Mary). Also lovingly remembered by grandchildren Kyle (Karla) Fraser, Krista (Craig) McInnis and Jason (Sarah) MacInnis, great-grandchildren Chloe Sellick, Sophie Fraser, Beccah Fraser, Molly Kate McInnis, Max McInnis and great great-granddaughter Ella Sellick.
Survived by his sisters Lillian Adams and Sandra (Parnell) Trainor.
Predeceased by his brother in-law Alvin Adams.
Resting at East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Monday September 8th, 2025 where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment to take place in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley, PEI. Donations in Lowell memory can be made directly to the Prince County Hospital Foundation. By personal request, there will be no visiting hours.
