July 4, 1963 – July 3, 2025

It is with deep sorrow and heartfelt love that we announce the passing of Joel M. Caagbay, who entered eternal rest on July 3, 2025 at 1:00 AM at Prince County Hospital, Summerside, Prince Edward Island, Canada, one day shy of his 62nd birthday.

Joel was born in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines, and was the beloved son of the late Patria M. Caagbay and Orlando S. Caagbay Sr. He was the devoted husband of Imelda A. Caagbay, and a loving father to Jasper Jared A. Caagbay and Tyler Shem A. Caagbay.

He is survived by his sisters: Olivia C. Clarito, Iris C. Poston, and Ivy Shiela M. Caagbay. He is predeceased by his sister Cynthia Magno and brother Orlando M. Caagbay Jr. Joel’s legacy of love, faith, and kindness will continue to live on through his family and those whose lives he touched.
