Joel was q very dear friend to myself and all my family especially to my dad Ronnie. He looked up to my dad like his best buddy. One of Joel's visits at my home in Antigonish, NS at Christmas time we were given a box of Brandy liquor chocolates and my oldest son at the time maybe 18 years old or younger offered one to Joel and when Joel ate it he coughed and coughed because it was so strong. He made us laugh so so much we were all with tears in our eyes. He didnt eat a second lol.
Joel was a human with a great heart and would of done anything for anyone. We will miss him dearly. Imelda, Jasper and Tyler remember all the great times with your dad because the way your dad was thats all you have to remember, treasure all the last moments with him. Thst is what your husband/dad would want. Crank up the music, dance and sing in his memory everyday. He will always be looking down on you and keeping you safe.

Joel, was a loving, kind, big hearted, kind man.. He couldn’t do enough for anyone, always going out to help anyone. You will always be remembered.. Still we remember when you came to our house , we all had laughs, stories to tell, and a good barbecue.. Then you moved, but we ran into at the Summerside, PEI, superstore, was so wonderful to see you again , we got to talk for a bit.. God took another angel…. R.I.P. you will be sadly missed…

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
