The death occurred at PCH on May23, 2025 of Davina Cameron (nee Mitchell) aged 88 years.

Dinah was born in Fife, Scotland, third child to David and Margaret (Adie) Mitchell. Beloved wife of the late George Ignatius Cameron of Summerside and mother to Shirley Anne Cameron (Christian Libotte), Sandra McNeill (Robert), George Cameron (Heather), and Alex Cameron (Tracy).

Beloved Nannie to Tyler Williams (Tammy), Matthew Williams (Marnie), Daniel Williams (Erin), Kathleen McNeill (David Cozens), Ian McNeill, David McNeill (Zelly), Rene (Peter) Durant , Caitlin Cameron, Rowan Cameron, and Ty Cameron. Also loved by ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her sister, Doreen (Jim) Knight of Burntisland, Scotland, and her dear friend and brother-in-law, our Uncle Francis (Smith) of Summerside, as well as sister-in-law Anna Mitchell. She was predeceased by her siblings Robert (Bobby) Mitchell, Margaret Hynd, Rachel (Ray) Smith, and Alexander (Sandy) Mitchell, and her grandson, Ian Williams.

Mom had a passion for reading, a cup of tea, and a gab. She enjoyed knitting and sewing for her children and grandchildren. She loved old Scottish songs, listening to Bocelli, and watching her great-grandchildren (Elliet and Lily) perform. Mom loved us all and treasured our presence, but notable and important to her was the constant companionship and affection of the many dogs she loved throughout her long life. She believed a life without one was a life diminished.

Private cremation will take place at her request.
