Obituary of Matthew David Arthur Griffin

The death occurred suddenly at his late residence on Thursday March 27th, 2025 of Matthew David Arthur Griffin of Summerside, aged 42 years. Matt was born in Charlottetown, PEI  to the late Michael and Sandra (Milligan) Griffin.

Survived by his sister Melissa Griffin, brother Mark Griffin (Dian Curry), uncle to Adian, Liam and Dax, step uncle to Keegan, Jade and Rayne. Special lifetime friend to Shane Gallant. 

Predeceased by his sister Melanie Griffin and grandmother Phyliss Milligan. 

Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Monday April 7th, 2025 where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment to take place in the Foxley River Cemetery at a later date. Donations in Matt's memory can be made directly to PEI Mental Health and Addictions Services.
