With heavy hearts, we share the news of the sudden death of Jessica Ann (LaPerriere) Gallant of New Annan, who passed away at Prince County Hospital on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, surrounded by love. Jessica

was the beloved wife of Stephen Gallant and the devoted mother of Emily Gallant. Born in Summerside on March 18, 1983, she was the cherished daughter of the late Donna Lee Clow and James Dean LaPerriere (Blanka

Dlouhy). She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings, Aaron LaPerriere (Rachel Grant) and Alyssa LaPerriere, as well as her cherished nieces and nephews: Chandler, Cole, and Crimson (children of Alyssa) and Denver

and Maggie (children of Aaron and Rachel). She will also be fondly remembered by her paternal grandmother, Sheila LaPerriere, in Ontario.

She was predeceased by her uncles, John "Yogi" Clow and Ernest Clow;

her maternal grandparents, Leroy and Shirley Clow, all of Summerside, PEI; and her paternal grandfather, Theodore LaPerriere of New Liskeard, Ontario. Jessica’s memory will forever live in the hearts of the Clow family of

Summerside and the LaPerriere family in New Liskeard, Ontario, along with her in-laws, Bernie and Annette Gallant, and their family. Jessica was a generous and compassionate soul with a deep passion for helping others. She loved her family fiercely and brought a unique, creative and heartfelt touch to everything she did. She was a beautiful person, inside and out, and her kindness left a mark on all of those who knew her.

Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Monday March 3rd, 2025 where a Celebration of Life will be held in the funeral home chapel at 4:00 p.m. Visiting hours on Monday from 2 - 4 p.m.
