The death occurred peacefully at Prince County Hospital on Saturday, February 22nd, 2025, of Maurice Thibault of Summerside, PEI, aged 85 years. Maruice was born in Briar Lake, NS, to his late parents, Herbert and Marjorie Thibault. Beloved father of Craig (Karen). Also lovingly remembered by his two grandchildren, Megan (Craig) and Justin (Brittany) and one great-granddaughter, Wesley.

Survived by his first wife, Elaine Gillis, and brothers and sisters, Emile, Emilda, Louise, Anne Marie and Loretta.

Predeceased by his second wife, Margaret Hammill, and brother Gerald.

Resting at East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside, PEI. By personal request, there will be no visitation. Interment to take place at a later date at St. Pauls Cemetery.
