Obituary of Craig, Kenneth
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the tragic and sudden passing of Kenneth Craig age 35 Years who was killed in Kelowna, BC on March 21, 2021. Kenneth was born in Summerside, P.E.I. Kenneth leaves behind his parents Tim and Diane Craig, sister Michelle MacIsaac (Rob), daughters Kaylee Craig, Danika Aube-Gallant, step daughter Emily Gray, step son Ethan Gray, grandmother Esther Laviolette, girlfriend Halyee Purson, niece Bailey MacIsaac, nephew Alex MacIsaac, and many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Kenneth worked in Alberta, and British Columbia for many years. He had a passion for carpentry and had built many dream homes for so many people. He loved being outside whether it was working, biking, hiking, or just relaxing. He was a talented artist, and an athlete. Most importantly, he loved his kids, his family, his dogs, and his friends. He was often found sharing stories about his kids and his family with everyone he met.
Kenneth was loved by his family and his many friends. He always had a smile that could light up a room. He loved telling jokes (whether or not they were appropriate), loved teasing and playing jokes on others, but most importantly he loved to make people laugh. He was always up for anything especially if it involved something fun. He made friends easily wherever he went, and he was always there to help others when they needed it.
Kenneth is pre-deceased by his grandfather Joseph Laviolette, grandfather Don Craig, grandmother Elaine Craig, and his Uncle Maurice Laviolette.
ON FRIDAY APRIL 9TH @ 3:00 P.M. THE FUNERAL SERVICE WILL BE LIVE STREAMED ON THE EAST PRINCE FUNERAL HOME FACEBOOK PAGE.
At this time a private service is being held for his family due to COVID-19 restrictions. At a later date a celebration of life will be planned for family and friends to attend.
Any and all donations will be accepted at the East Prince funeral home in Summerside, PEI which will go to help cover the costs of returning Kenneth home to PEI.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
