Obituary of Disher, Catherine T.

The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by her loving family at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Sunday, May 2nd , 2010 of Catherine T. Disher ( nee Nelson ) of 390 Brophy Ave., Summerside, P.E.I. and formerly of British Columbia, aged 91 years. Cathy was born on March 20th, 1919 in Glasgow, Scotland to her late parents James & Elizabeth ( nee Tosh ) Nelson. Beloved wife of the late Tom Disher and loving mother of Elizabeth Landry of Bathurst, N.B. and Thomas ( Kath ) Disher of Nanaimo, B.C. . Also lovingly remembered by her 4 grandchildren Kathryn, Tempest, Lisa & Julie and 2 great-grandchildren. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside. By Cathy's request, there will be no funeral service or visiting hours held. Memorial donations in Cathy's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
