Obituary of Mulligan, Joseph Emery " " Jr.

The death occurred suddenly at his late residence on Wednesday, October 20th , 2010 of Joseph Emery ( Jr. ) Mulligan of South Freetown, P.E.I. , aged 61 years. Junior was born on March 25th , 1949 in Summerside , P.E.I. to his late parents Emery & Thelma ( nee Jones ) Mulligan. Lovingly remembered by his children Shawn of Emerald , Erin Mulligan ( Tim Lowe ) of Calgary, AB. and Lindsay Mulligan of Charlottetown and their mother Patsy Mulligan of Emerald. Survived by his sister Sharon ( Paul ) Cash of Graham's Road. Besides his parents, Junior was predeceased by his brother John Lesley in infancy. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Monday, October 25th , then to St. James Church, Summerfield for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. . Interment in the church cemetery. Visiting hours on Sunday , 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. . Memorial donations in Junior's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. James Church Cemetery Fund would be greatly appreciated.
