Obituary of Morrell, Nina Mary

The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by her loving family at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Wednesday, January 12th,2011 of Nina Mary Morrell ( nee Doucette ) of Wilmot Valley , P.E.I. and formerly of Miminegash, aged 54 years. Nina was born on June 19th , 1956 in Fredericton, N.B. to her mother Cora Gallant and her late father, Clifford Doucette. Beloved wife of Kevin and loving mother of Lori Ann ( Chris ) Currie of Moncton, N.B., Lynn ( Rob ) Compton of Miscouche, Chesley ( Leslie ) Chaisson of Summerside and Emmanuel at home. Also lovingly remembered by her 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Survived by the following brothers and sisters : Jimmy ( Faye ) Doucette of Miminegash, Connie Gallant of Cascumpec, LouAnne ( Wayne ) Gallant of Miminegash, Laurie Doucette of Charlottetown, Joseph 'Bev' Doucette and Gail ( Gary ) Bulger all of Miminegash. Besides her father Clifford, Nina was predeceased by her brother Alburn Doucette, sisters Grace and Nora Doucette, step-father Gordon Gallant and grandparents Jim and Adeline Hustler and Joseph and Grace Doucette. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Friday, January 14th then to St. Paul's Church, Summerside for a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m.. Interment to take place in the church cemetery at a later date. Visiting hours on Thursday , 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m..
