Obituary of Wedlock, Joan Margaret

The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Monday, October 24th , 2011 of Joan Margaret Wedlock of Summerside , P.E.I. aged, 80 years. Joan was born on November 19th, 1930 in Kensington , P.E.I. to her late parents William and Lillian ( nee Jeffery ) Wedlock. Beloved wife of the late Donald MacGowan and loving mother Leslie ( Marcia ) Matheson of Summerside, Kathy Matheson of Edmonton , AB and Don MacGowan Jr. of Sylvan Lake , AB. Also lovingly remembered by her 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. No visitation or funeral service by family request. Following cremation, interment to take place in People's Cemetery Summerside . If so desired, donations in Joan's memory can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
