Obituary of Rogers, Everett Brenton
The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Saturday, November 19th, 2011 of Everett Brenton Rogers of South Shore Villa , Crapaud , and formerly of Chelton , P.E.I., aged 83 years. Everett was born on September 6th, 1928 in Chelton, P.E.I. to his late parents George & Bertha (nee Campbell ) Rogers.
Survived by his son Ricky ( Coleen) , his daughter Krista Dawn and their mother Donna Rogers. Also remembered by numerous nieces & nephews.
Besides his parents, Everett was predeceased by his sisters & brothers ; Jenny, Ruby, Marion, Pansy, Margaret, Caroline, Lewis, Wyman and Haviland.
Resting at East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Tuesday, November 22nd for a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m.. Interment to take place in St. John's Anglican Cemetery, St. Eleanors. Memorial donations in Everett's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Monday, 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m..

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
