Obituary of Jeffery, Tracy Ann

The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by her family, at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Thursday, January 19th, 2012 of Tracy Ann Jeffery of Tignish, P.E.I. aged 34 years. Tracy was born on September 16, 1977 in O'Leary , P.E.I. to her parents Dianne ( Gary ) Newsome and Garfield Green . Loving daughter of Blair ( Helen ) Jeffery of Tryon . Survived by her brother & sister Ron ( Rachel ) Jeffery of Albany, Erica ( George ) Jeffery Whitlock of Summerside and her step- sister & brothers Kim ( Marc ) Newsome of Digby, N.S., Aaron ( Jana ) Newsome of Summerside , Stephen Gauthier of Charlottetown along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins. Also lovingly remembered by her grandparents Doris Bernard and Albert & Marjorie Jeffery all of Tignish. Tracy was predeceased by her grandfather Emile Bernard and her aunt Angela Blanchard. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Monday , January 23rd , 2012 , then to St. Paul's Church, Summerside for a funeral mass at 2:00 p.m.. Visiting hours on Sunday evening only 6 - 9 p.m.. Memorial donations in Tracy's memory to the Children's Wish Foundation would be greatly appreciated .
