Obituary of Bulger, Linda Ann
Surrounded by family, the death occurred peacefully at Queen Elizabeth Hospital on September 5, 2021 of Linda Ann Bulger formerly of Miscouche, age 58. Daughter of the late Brendon and Rosalie Bulger.
Linda is survived by her sisters and brother, Cathy (Bill) Gillis, Ron (Joy) Bulger, Darlene (Edwin) DesRoches , Della (late Donnie) Gillis and sister-in-law Carol Bulger. Linda is also survived by her family at Pioneer Home in Charlottetown, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Besides her parents, Linda was predeceased by her brother, Brendon Bulger Jr.
The family wishes to thank Pioneer Home for their many years of love, care, and nurturing given to Linda. A huge thank you to the medical staff at Queen Elizabeth Hospital for the care and concern shown to Linda over the years, and especially in her final days.
A Private Funeral Service will be held at East Prince Funeral Home, Summerside. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, visitation / funeral by invitation only. In lieu of flowers, donations to Queens County Residential Services c/o Pioneer Home at 103 Pioneer Ave., Charlottetown, PE C1A 0A9 would be gratefully appreciated.
Internment to take place in St. John the Baptist Parish Cemetery Miscouche.
In Linda's memory, enjoy a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup or a Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cake.
ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
