Obituary of Ouellet, Mary Eugenie
The death occurred peacefully at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, P.E.I. on Sunday, February 26th , 2012 of Mary Eugenie Ouellet ( nee Bernard ) of Summerside and formerly of Pleasant View, P.E.I. and Toronto, ON., aged 90 years. Mary was born on May 17th , 1921 in DeBlois , P.E.I. to her late parents Joseph and Jane ( nee Doucette ) Bernard.
Beloved wife of the late Frank Ouellet and loving mother of Theresa of Summerside, Patrick ( Lorraine ) and Marshall ( Jackie ) all of Calgary, AB., loving grandmother of Steve ( Janice ), Noel ( Aarika ), Jessica ( Tim ), Joshua and Brigitte ; great grandmother to Hannah, Kiera, Noah and Kiegan and several nieces and nephews. Survived by her siblings Rita ( Joe ) Gold of Indiana, U.S.A. and Eva of Toronto, ON..
Besides her parents Mary was predeceased by her siblings Helen, Theresa, Ruth, Emile, Russell, George, Julia, Mildred, Albert, Leo and Alice.
Resting at East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Saturday, March 3rd , 2012, then to St. Paul's Church, Summerside for a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m.. Interment to take place in the church cemetery. Visiting hours from 9:00 until 10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning only. Memorial donation in Mary's memory to the Notre Dame Place, Summerside.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
