Obituary of Reeves, David " Joey "
The death occurred at his late residence on Friday, June 29th , 2012 of David "Joey" Reeves of Freetown , P.E.I. , aged 19 years. Joey was born on November 18th , 1992 in Summerside , P.E.I. to his parents David ( Vicki ) of Freetown and Lora( Art ) Stewart of Chelton. Also lovingly remembered by his grandfather Carl ( Joyce ) of Freetown , step-grandparents Bruce and Judy Stewart of Kinkora , step-brothers Jeremy and Jason Cornish, James Marchbank and Connor Rehberg and also his aunts, uncles, nieces , nephews and cousins.
Joey was predeceased by his grandparents Sandra Reeves and Eric and Marsha McKinnon.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside , until Wednesday , July 4th then to Freetown United Church, Freetown for a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. . Interment to take place in the Freetown People's Cemetery. Visiting hours on Tuesday , 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 P.M. . Memorial donations in Joey's memory to Children's Wish Foundation or to P.E.I. Chapter Ducks Unlimited would be greatly appreciated.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
