Obituary of Hippenstall, Lorraine Jean

The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside , P.E.I. on Friday, August 3rd, 2012 of Lorraine Jean ( nee Fraser ) Hippenstall of Summerside and formerly of Alberton , P.E.I, aged 77 years. Lorraine was born on June 30th, 1935 in Alberton, P.E.I to her late parents Lorne and Margaret ( nee Ramsay ) Fraser. Beloved wife of Eldric "Bobby" Hippenstall and loving mother of Myles of Summerside , Lana ( Lorne) Owen of Summerside, Lorna ( Judy ) Trites of ON., Linda ( Jean ) Bergevin of ON., Gordon , Shelley ( Brad ) Bernard and Lisa ( Richard ) Deagle all of Summerside. Also lovingly remembered by her 10 grandchildren , 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Survived by the following sisters: Wanda Cannon, Verna Perry, Faith Gallant and Sheila Perry all of Summerside. Besides her parents, Lorraine was predeceased by her brother Winston "Bud" Fraser and brothers-in-law Art Cannon, Enzor Perry and Charlie Perry. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Thursday, August 9th, for a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. . Interment to take place in People's Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours on Wednesday evening only , 6 - 9 p.m. Memorial donations in Lorraine's memory to the P.E.I Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
