Obituary of DesRoches, Hilary Joseph

The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside , P.E.I. on Sunday, December 23rd, 2012 of Hilary Joseph DesRoches of Summerside and formerly of Miscouche, P.E.I. , aged 79 years. Hilary was born on November 9th , 1933 in Miscouche, to his late parents Felix and Eliza ( nee Gaudet ) DesRoches. Survived by his two sisters Rita Arsenault and Eunice DesRoches both of Summerside and special friend Clarence Gaudet of Miscouche and numerous nieces and nephews. Beside his parents Hilary was predeceased by his brothers Wilfred, Henry, Clifford, Francis and sisters Lena Thibideau, Marie Gallant, Regina Gallant and Louise Gallant. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Thursday, December 27th , for a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in St.John the Baptist Cemetery, Miscouche. Visiting hours on Wednesday evening only, 7 - 9 p.m. Memorial donations in Hilary's memory to the Alzheimer Society of P.E.I. or to St.John the Baptist Cemetery Fund would be greatly appreciated.
