Obituary of Arsenault, Beverley Ann
The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Thursday, December 27th, 2012 of Beverley Ann Arsenault of Summerside, aged 65 years. Beverley was born on August 12th , 1947 in Summerside, P.E.I. to her late parents Herbert and Goldie (nee Sudsbury) Arsenault.
Loving mother of Katherine Pike ( fiancé Mark Hazlehurst ) of Truro, N.S.. Survived by the following brothers and sisters Joyce Gallant of Alberta, Ira Arsenault of Bedeque, Beaulah ( August ) Doucette of N.B., Goldie Vey of N.S., Nancy ( Edwin ) Maxfield of Summerside and Reginald of Alberta.
Besides her parents Beverley was predeceased by her son Douglas Pike Jr. and sister Lynda Andrews.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Monday December 31st, then to St. Paul's Church, Summerside for a funeral mass at 1:30 p.m. Interment to take place in the church cemetery. Visiting hours on Monday, December 31st from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. .
Memorial donations in Beverley's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Palliative Care Unit Prince County Hospital would be greatly appreciated .

In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
